From the Sheriff's Office: NO trooper was shot. At 7:02 we responded with Rhome to a elderly mental subject at the Valero. No trooper made scene and no officers / Deputies were injured. The mental subject was placed into custody and taken to WRHS….. Barry (from iPhone)
